Rash?

My son last week had a rash (he wasn't unwell) but as it was a non blanching rash had to be seen in urgent care.
They didn't know what it was but was not concerned.
Yesterday my daughter had the same rash come up but she was unwell the day before.
Phoned doctors up and we were sent to a pharmacy where they diagnosed scarlet fever.
She has already had it a few years ago and it was more like sunburn.

But her rash does not look anything like scarlet fever and I'm now worried if it is then my son who had the same rash has had no antibiotics.
I have put acouple of pictures of what the rash looks like.

If the rash has gone, and he’s well, I wouldn’t worry. They don’t give antibiotics needlessly.

Does the rash disappear when you press a glass on it? That looks quite concerning

No it didn't go under glass, they where not concerned at all in a&e.
They did a urine test to make sure his kidneys were ok incase it was HSP.

I'd take him back.

I know someone who had this rash and had ITP, even if it's not meningitis it could be anything

Sorry, I misread! I'd take her in, it's a concerning rash and it's better safe than sorry
