Anyone with a little one who has enlarged tonsils? Did they come with glands? My LO had 2 x tonsillitis last year and they have stayed big. She’s super healthy, no sore throat since. Has a cough atm with a blocked (not runny) nose which may be why the node seems to have popped out again along with a matching one at the other side
We noticed a raised gland last year that was tested (blood test) all clear and told it was due to her swollen tonsils. At the time dr wasn’t concerned either he just ordered the bloods for my price of mind as he could see I was worrying. Now there seems to be one matching on the other side of her neck. She had Scarlett fever at Christmas which meant a trip to the drs- dr checked them and told me it’s normal for them to have raised palpable glands due to all the viruses etc they are exposed to.
Anyone experienced this? Although I know she is well I can’t help but worry. They poke out as she tilts her head back
