My 5 month old fell off sofa

i Was playing with my 5 month old on sofa and just walked 2 steps to pick her bottle off and she rolled off the sofa. I was so shocked as she was also crying but I layed her down and checked everything and she was perfectly fine she started giggling and back to normal in no time. called 111 just because I was worried and wanted to make sure everything was normal and they went through questions with me. In the end they said that they would be logging this as a part of safeguarding or something. This got me really worried so I asked them to explain what this meant and they said it will just be logged incase any other incidents happen and they need to connect the dots.

anyway after the call ended they called me back within half an hour to ask me to bring her to hospital but I really didn’t think it was necessary as I can see she is perfectly fine and happy and will book her in with my gp in the morning.they said that’s fine we will close the case.

now I’m worrying if I have done the wrong thing and if they are going to see this as worrying too? Will anything come of this? I’ve been keeping such a close eye on her and I don’t want to put her through hours of sitting around at the hospital from 3am

I doubt anything will come of it. My 5 month old rolled off the sofa I panicked and took him to a&e just to be checked and they questioned how he had fallen off the sofa because apparently at 5 months old he shouldn't be able to roll 🙄 he was fine and nothing came of it
