If you have a child under 5 and would be interested in getting involved with a study on newborn screening (which is currently done through the heel-prick test) you can apply through this link. The role is a parent advisor - no research experience needed.

The study is an evaluation of a pilot into genomics in newborn screening - more detail is here.
