Toddler viral illness for weeks

Hi all,
looking for some reassurance
DD is 22 months
she’s been unwell on/off since Christmas.
one ear infection which needed antibiotics and the others just temp / snotty nose / cough etc
saw GP today who didn’t seem to be concerned but it really feels like we have a week off being unwell then she’s unwell again
she is in nursery 3 days a week
any similar experience?

very common unfortunately. Not even just for toddlers, schools are breeding grounds for germs. My 9yr olds have had 5 illnesses between them from end of December. When my son was a toddler he was sick constantly, to the point I actually thought there was something wrong with his immune system but there really wasn't.
