My son is 5 and the past week I've noticed that when he lays down the bottom of his mouth goes blue. As soon as he stands it goes back to normal. It looks bruised when lay down but normal colour when he stands. Has anyone else had experience with this? We are awaiting to see the GP. He is fine and well in himself just a slight cold. TIA

I thought it was a shadow at first. I’m sorry op I don’t know what it is but hopefully someone else will come along with answers or suggestions.

@Fomp it looks like a shadow but it's actually a mark that goes when he stands up. Just not sure if I should be concerned or not. Thank you for the reply 😊
