Trying to work out what could have made my child's nose this sore?! It is a big scab that keeps bleeding. I've tried to gently tweeze it out but it won't move. He's a picker so no doubt it's that following a cold. Couldn't get him in at the doctors today - is an urgent treatment centre a good idea? Fine in himself but it's been getting worse over a week period so I'm concerned...
