My 9.5yo has had a sore lip (in the corner) for a few weeks-cracked, sore, bleeding at times etc and now he has a quite a few spots around his mouth, a few on his nose, some on his other cheek and a few on his neck. I’ve checked his hands and feet and no rashes or spots (though over a week ago he had a few spots on his foot that were slightly sore but they went by the end of the day 🤷🏻♀️) he’s feeling fine in himself apart from the odd headache (the past 2 times after school) Does anyone have an ideas? I’ll attach a few photos. Thanks.
