Face rash/spots? Any ideas?

My 9.5yo has had a sore lip (in the corner) for a few weeks-cracked, sore, bleeding at times etc and now he has a quite a few spots around his mouth, a few on his nose, some on his other cheek and a few on his neck. I’ve checked his hands and feet and no rashes or spots (though over a week ago he had a few spots on his foot that were slightly sore but they went by the end of the day 🤷🏻‍♀️) he’s feeling fine in himself apart from the odd headache (the past 2 times after school) Does anyone have an ideas? I’ll attach a few photos. Thanks.

Looks like what my boy gets sometimes. It's usually crappy sweets, crap food colouring, harsh toothpaste that sets him off. Keep his face clean and moisturised with that oat cream the name of which escapes me...Aveeno that's it

Thanks @Harshreality I managed to use face wash on him last night (he has Asd and sensory issues so that was a big deal!) the spots were definitely less angry looking this morning.
