What are these spots?

Ds isn't usually spotty at all but this morning I noticed these 5 spots have appeared on his back. Nothing anywhere else that I can see. They all seem to have a bit of a whitish head. Any ideas?

Molluscum?

Chicken pox?

They look chicken poxy but he already had chicken pox 2 years ago and there haven't been cases around us either. I'm stumped. He does have a hacking cough and a lot of snot but any viral rashes tend to be fainter and on his tummy, and he hasn't had one since being a toddler really
