8 year old breaking out in it. Been to GP gave cream seems to be drying out but he keeps getting it mildly on arms and even neck now. Is there anything you can recommend naturally maybe? I don't have money for private dermatologist. The GP said if could last months and they don't know what causes it. Any advice
