1 year jabs and vomiting

Hey everyone, DD had one year jabs on Thursday at 11. Was grumpy and fever for 24 hours then seemed to improve… until today at half five this morning (Saturday) started projectile vomiting. Everything came up (and I mean everything!) but now seems in reasonable spirits.

Would this still be classed as a normal reaction do you reckon? I’m loathe to ring 111 and waste their time, but equally don’t want to miss a more serious reaction. I think if it has been in the first 24 hours I wouldn’t have been worried but as it’s closer to 48 that seems like quite a delayed reaction?

Thanks everyone

My immediate instinct would be, if they've stopped vomiting and are keeping small amounts of liquid down, and they seem to be in good spirits, I'd hold off calling.
That being said, you know DC best and if you're concerned you should call 111. It's not wasting time if you have a genuine concern.
