18m only 6 teeth!? Anyone else has this?

So i’m beginning to get worried about my 18m old, he currently only has 6 teeth (4 top 2 bottom) and has had these since November last year and since then - absolutely nothing. No teething no anything!
We saw a dentist a few weeks ago who was quite literally useless and barly even looked in his mouth tbh!

Has anyone else’s little one been the same? My friends children all have low 8/9 teeth at this point and i am panicking.

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Don't panic, they will come. Where as some children teeth for ages and then get one at a time, others just teeth but end up with several at once. Is his gums hard ?
Dentist don't do much at this point it's more about getting them use to going to the dentist

My 2 and a half year old still hasn't got all of his teeth, but they all seem to come in a big group, we literally went from 6 to about 14 in the space of a month (not fun!!) They also all came in, in a totally random order but dentist told us not to worry. His older brother was slow getting teeth too but had all his by 2 years 8 months

Yep. It's a good news thing imo. Both my girls have been late to teethe, late to lose baby teeth and no dentist issues got eldest
