UTI? Or something else too?

My DD7 has been complaining of feeling nauseous for last couple of weeks, randomly and is fine between complaining of it. She’s not actually vomited. I’ve been trying to gently ignore it/play it down as she has a huge phobia of being sick.
this week she spiked a low grade temp and has had cramps in tummy so went to gp who dipped urine and said some traces of blood and protein so “thinks” it’s a UTI and has prescribed 3 days of antibiotics.
I asked if this would be linked to the complaint of feeling nauseous for the last couple of weeks and she sort of shurgged and said yes probably. I just find it strange as normally when any of my kids have had a UTI they are sore when urinating, going frequently etc and this isn’t ticking any of those boxes. Am I overreacting questioning the diagnosis? Just home with her feeling rubbish and not feeling confident after so long of her feeling sick ☹️I do have awful health anxiety so can often overreact ☹️
