my 3 month old is EBF and he’s always been quite a windy/explosive baby 😅. however, the last few days he’s COMPLETELY filling his nappies front to back and the consistency is runnier than usual. He seems fine in himself, no temperature and lots of smiles etc, apart from at night where he’s waking and sounding like he’s straining/in a bit of pain.
does this poop look normal? I must add, I came off dairy about 6 weeks ago as I thought he may be intolerant.
