Is this eczema or something else?

Hello,

Does anyone have experience with children's eczema and think this is what is on my sons back or something else?

He's 20 months old and never suffered with eczema before but not sure what else it could be.

This is on his back, he also has patches on his stomach and the back of his thighs.

It is red and bumpy.

It looks like eczema to me, my 8 month old has recently had it horrendously and it started off like that on his stomach then the back of his knees/thighs
we have just managed to get it under control using steroid cream and intense moisturising. I would definitely recommend getting ahead on it now if it is eczema, by making sure you moisturise as much as possible through the day, we currently do it about 5 times a day and use a good thick emollient like epaderm (Aveeno is also meant to be good but my son has an oat allergy)
