22 month old teething?

Hi all, my daughter is 22 months. This last week or so he’s been so miserable, crying a lot, slightly dribblely and more reliant on her dummy than ever.
my question is - could she be teething?? Her symptoms are making me think that she is but when I’ve looked online it looks like the second molars don’t come in til 23-33 months.
does anyone have any experience with this? I know she’s only waiting on her second molars.
any advice on how to support a teething toddler?!!
(I can’t get a good look in her month to see anything!)
thanks in advance

How did you respond to teething when she got the rest of her teeth? Do that.

Cuddles
Distraction
Foods to chomp: cucumber sticks, watermelon, breadsticks, mini-milk etc etc.
Pain relief.
