Chicken pox - infected or not?

Just as the title says really.

It's white and none of the others are

It's darker red than the others

It's also right on her chest where her top can rub possibly and it was the first one to appear

I’d say not, but keep an eye on it.

It doesn’t look like my DCs did when it got infected but I’d use sudocrem or antiseptic regularly and keep an eye on it.
