Children getting cosmetic procedures

I have just learned the under-18's are able to get cosmetic procedures such as Botox in the UK outside of England through this survey! I would like to voice my concern that this is happening and show the government that we won't stand for it!

No responsible practitioner would even consider doing this to an under 18.
