My DD4 woke up this morning fine, but didn't want breakfast which is very unlike her. She said she had a headache, she had no fever, I gave her calpol and thought nothing more of it. Then she vomited, but only once. Since then she has slept a solid 75% of the day and when waking, complains of a headache. I have kept her topped up with calpol. She hasn't eaten a thing, has only pee'd twice and hasn't drank a lot.
She's currently asleep on the sofa after having her latest dose of calpol and has a cool, damp muslin on her forehead.
Any ideas what this could be or if I should seek help? No rashes, no fever, just 1 vomiting episode, a headache and no appetite.
