Worms - help!

I wanted to get some advice regarding my five year old son. He started reception last September and I was certain last week
he had worms ( usual symptoms, itching, waking at night, I think I saw something in the bath!) I gave him Ovex dose on Thursday. It seemed to get better but now last night, Sunday he woke again in the night crying saying he was itchy. Should I dose him again, or just wait?

Ovex doesn’t kill the eggs so it might be some have hatched and are now itching him. A good layer of Vaseline on anus helps stop itching. I’d wait the week before second dose as otherwise you may get more hatching after and have to repeat again.

There are diet things that help against worms. Grated carrot mixed with grated Apple, Anything garlic. Stay away from sugar.
