Vampire bites?

Hi ds is 21 months just given him a bath and while I was brushing his hair I noticed these 2 spots on his neck. They look like vampire bites (I know they're not) what do you think they are? Thanks x

Flea bites? I don't have any pets but we do go for long walks together in the woods and parks x

If bites , could be bed bugs.

Thankyou. Ds got a new mattress a month ago I will go in there and double hoover everything hot wash bedding this morning just not sure where they could have come from. I can't see anything when I look x
