Help! My child gets dermatitis sometimes but for weeks she’s had these 2 red dots on her face. Not raised as such but she scratches them and they never go away because she is constantly picking at them. I’ve tried all different creams and don’t know what else to do. Don’t even know what’s causing it? Has this happened to anyone else who has a child with sensitive skin? In the photo they look raised when when you feel them they aren’t raised at all
