Bumpy vein when child cries anyone else?

My little girl is 4 and I've noticed she gets a bumpy kind of blue vein on her neck when she cries, strains, laughs, coughs etc- but otherwise it can't be seen, I assumed it was normal but this weekend I've been questioning myself.

Has anyone else's one got this? If so it might stop be frantically calling the GP in the morning

I think it's normal, all of my kids have what you're describing. My youngest boys is particularly prominent when he's having a tantrum/belly laughing but he has a very slender neck so I'm guessing that's why his is so obvious. I'll try to catch a pic of it if it appears today and will post back here!
