Does she need more antibiotics??

Dd8 had cough for weeks, Swab showed as mycoplasma infection. Gave azithromycin antibiotics for 3 days, she finished the 3 day course. but afterwards still coughing and lost her appetite also has been complaining of stomach ache and has been sick 3 days apart.
She was sick last night after again after being in bed a few hours and complained of a bad stomach again.
I'm sure it's not a big as she would have been sick more plus no one else is unwell In the household. It's strange she is acting herself & has no temp etc
I'm just wondering if she needs more antibiotics.

It might be a different illness, not connected to the antibiotics. Either way she’s not better, so call 111.

Speak to GP or 111 if she's still unwell but the mycin family of antibiotics makes one of my DC vomit. It's a common side effect, which also includes loss of appetite. In fact I don't let them prescribe it any more because she got so sick she refused to eat for a week and ended up being admitted to hospital.
