Can’t hold head up fatigue temp

Hi 4 year old has an episode of vomiting and looking pale after nursery

rang Gp who said stomach flu however she doesn’t have diarrhea and has difficult holding head up and is fatigued taking a nap
temp 39 with stomach aches

Call 111. Not sure how stomach flu can be diagnosed over the phone!

I hope they recover soon

If she can’t even hold her head up I would say that’s A&E
