Does this look like a cold sore?

Pictures over 2 days, no blisters. Had very dry lips for 2 days before and fever. Kept itching at mouth.

Yes. By the look of it and itching. But that wouldn't cause a fever. The fever would be something else that has lowered the immune system and allowed the cold sore to come out.

Need a good quality lip balm. It will help with the itching too.

Go to the pharmacy and get some Zovirax

it does not look like a classic cold sore. it's not bubbled up like a blister.
