Strawberry tongue?

Is this strawberry tongue?

6yo DD. Her brother had Covid last week but she's continuing to test negative daily. For about four days she wakes up ok but then by the afternoon she has a fever. Currently 39.7! Complained of a sore throat. She's slept most of today.

DH on the way home to take her to a walk in clinic

Strawberry tongue?

I would say that is definitely a strawberry tongue and she will need antibiotics.

My daughter's was as bumpy as that but redder. She had scarlet fever. Hope she gets seen soon!
Edited to say just noticed her brother had Covid, my son had a tongue like this with a covid-like illness but they suspected scarlet fever but it wasn't!

Thanks both I've just got to the walk in clinic, so we'll soon see. I thought Covid but I've been testing her daily since Friday and nothing
