Irritability after vaccinations

My darling daughter is 9 weeks old and on Wednesday had her 8 week vaccinations (the two jabs and drops). She slept lots on Wednesday and was very irritable when awake but no fever and went to bed at night absolutely fine. She had the recommended course of calpol. She woke up on Thursday like nothing had happened but didn't manage a dirty nappy. She finally had a poonami on Friday but has now not been since then. She was managing at least 1 a day if not more before Wednesday. She is exclusively breastfed and I have good supply so don't believe it's a case of not enough food. She is fairly irritable now as if she really wants a poop. Has anyone else had this due to the vaccinations/calpol and any tips? Or is it a case of having to wait it out?

The rotovirus can cause gastric discomfort for a while after getting it. I think 7-10 days but look to see what the NHS page says for what to expect.
