DS1 (2) has had sickness bug started during the night wed into Thurs and continued all night. No more sick since Thurs night. Now DS1 has had some vomiting since last night much more than usual baby sick. He is only 14 weeks. He is now barely taking any milk or sips of water (formula fed) he has had one dirty nappy early this morning and a few nappies which have had barely any pee in them at all. I’m worried about dehydration. He is unsettled. I’m not sure whether this needs nhs 24 or just keep an eye on the situation and continue to offer milk/sips of water ! Any advice welcome !

I think the guidance for that age is that no wet nappies in a 12 hour period requires attention. I'm sure it's just a bug but dehydration can be nasty for such little babies.

I'd ring 111 for advice and see what they say. Hopefully he can keep some fluids down soon.

I'd call 111 for a baby of that age who isn't drinking much/having wet nappies
