What’s this rash?

5 year old had couple of bumps in her groin area 2 days ago which I thought was a fungal infection. I noticed this has now spread to her pelvic area. There’s no itchiness or soreness and DD didn’t notice it until bath time. I’m going to get a GP appointment but does this look fungal?

No. Is that a nappy ? If so I’d say sweat rash.

She’s not in nappies but wears tights under her uniform which I think might be causing it. It’s oddly spread on just one side
