Conjunctivitis

My DS (3) has been prescribed antibiotic eye drops for bacterial conjunctivitis but he is refusing, point blank, to allow us to administer them. We've tried explaining, reasoning, bribery... It's a firm NO. Short of pinning him down and prising his eyes open, what else can I do?

Pin him down and hold his eyes open as you said. It’s the only way. Could you lift his eyelids and drop them in when he’s asleep?

Yeah unfortunately it’s a pin him down job. Heartbreaking I know, but worth it.
