Concerned about little one's most recent nappy

Hi all,

I'm slightly concerned about my little boy's (3yr old) most recent nappy. He is fine otherwise and hasn't complained of any tummy ache. No fever etc. Sorry in advance for the photo but could someone offer some advice as to whether you've seen this before or have any idea of what it might be please?

Look like undigested food, chickpeas, sweetcorn or peanuts would be my guess.
