Anyone know how many vitamin softies I should be giving my 4 year old a day? Says on the packet 1-2 softies....but I don't know if I should be giving 1 or 2 🤷🏼‍♀️

We’ve always gone with the Paediatrician’s recommendation of one per day - she told us about them as they’re less triggering for children with reflux.
Doesn’t stop the DC asking for another as they like them!

We have an iron softie and a multivitamin softie and they have one of each.
