I feel like I'm only ever on here asking about one of the childrens health 😅 one of the twins (3yo) has a rash on tummy. It started as a small patch and has gradually grown. It doesn't seem to be itchy, hes otherwise perfectly healthy and is his usual self and its not bothering him jn the slightest. It looks a bit like eczema but hes never had it before. I can't think that anything has changed in terms of foods, detergents or bath things so am at a loss as to what's causing it. Any suggestions?

I am contacting the gp in the morning but as its taken 3 weeks to get an appointment for an unrelated problem with the other twin thought I'd fish for ideas. 😊

Looks like dry skin.
My little girl just had an outbreak of eczema all over, it was angry red. I thought it was the detergent as I'd change from fairy to something else. Turns out it was, but she still had a patch left on the nape of her neck that I couldn't shift. I used Aveeno baby bath wash & applied sudocream to her neck and it's now gone, so I'd try sudocream or Aveeno baby moisturiser (emolient)) as that's really good too.

Thats what I thought too when it was just a little patch, thought perhaps it was the cold weather and extra layers. Had put on sudocream before bed so hopefully keeping that up will help shift it. Thank you for your experience and reassurance!
