My ds had chicken pox at 4 months (1 spot!) Now diagnosed with Shingles at 2yo. He is quite happy but struggling with sleep and the rash looks awful... any home care advise? Seen out of hours GP and they just said piriton pain relief and calamine (not to use poxclin apparently)
Any tips would be great xx

Sorry no advice but my young colleague had this recently and fortunately it was very mild. She was shattered for 4 weeks though so be prepared that he may sleep a lot for several weeks.
