My DC has developed a sore rash on their inner thighs and wondering if anyone has experienced this before and could tell me what it could be?

Molluscum contagiosum sorry op had to copy and paste that does your DC go swimming used shared showers?
My DD has the above and goes swimming it's non threatening and does eventually go after a few months to a year you can buy treatment thought to put on the spots to help clear it up quicker.
It looks like raised spots.

Copy and paste the word from internet just so you are aware not copied pictures 😱 realised it might have come across like that

@FunkyMonks Thank you so much for that information. I’ll have a look.

She was swimming weekly up until November but this rash popped up 2 days ago and has now deleted into this with open sores.

it looked like this yesterday.

@FunkyMonks Just had a Google and not quite the same as there are no spots present in DC. Just sore and peeling skin

I’m sure you are doing this but please ensure the sores don’t rub together. Loose cotton trousers if possible to ensure air can get to the skin. Get her to drink lots of water as well.

@Mintearo7 Thank you. I will do so.
