Hello my 16 month old son fell over and cut the top of his gum went to ane they didn't think he needed stitches but 2 days later when able to look I have noticed what looks like his gum hanging down over one of his teeth wasn't sure if I should take him back to ane or gp or try and find a dentist (I'm not registered at a dentist
