The last few days DD has had a hoarse voice/cry, but has no other symptoms, no cold etc. any ideas what this could be?

Does it warrant a trip to the GP would you think? She seems to be fine apart from this, apart from not sleeping well but that's been going on for weeks so would have thought not related.

No, of course it doesn't warrant a trip to the GP! Not in the absence of any other symptoms, and not if it's only been a few days. Obviously if she is actually unwell or is still hoarse in a fortnight that changes things, but it sounds like a mild self limiting thing that will sort itself out and isn't one to waste NHS resources on :)

Thanks @AtLeastHalfRelieved I had panicked myself from googling and it coming up with all sorts of bad things it could be. Know it's never a good thing to google 🙈
