Good Evening, my 7 month old suffers really bad with eczema on his face, any recommendations on creams and also need to keep his hands away from his face/head any recommendations on swaddles or grow bags?

Eczema clothing. Second that. The little mitts help massively.
Try a natural, water-free balm. Avoid anything with fragrance in it, anything with sulphates. We have been using a balm from a company called Arcade Skincare. Apparently vegan, natural etc. etc. It works well. Helps reduce the angriness and does help soften the skin.

Dr Organic Calendula unfragranced baby moisturiser. Healed my DD's eczema, I kept applying it 2-3 times a day.
