2.5 weeks high temp - to be concerned?!

My daughter (5 years) had a fever on and off for a few days 2.5 weeks ago along with a cough and a few spots in her mouth, they passed and then at around the 2 week mark she developed a non blanching petechiae style rash on her torso and all in her mouth.

no complaints of sore throat throat, she was pale and tired easily and off food.

GP wasn’t concerned and said she had hand foot and mouth, I disagreed as she had had it before and the spots looking nothing like the hfm blisters - and as no blisters formed, I’m guessing the GP was incorrect.

We’re now 2.5 weeks almost 3 weeks in, appetite slowly getting there, few spots remain in mouth and a bit of viral looking rash on her torso. She’s been going to school fine.

sbe usually runs cold and her normal temp is about 36.5, we’re still having daily temps of 37.4/37.5 so just off the fever mark.

should I be concerned given it’s not technically a fever? It just seems to be going on forever!
