I needed to try remove a stain from my couch and copied instructions online to make a cleaning solution using Hydrogen peroxide (3%) Bicarb Soda and washing up liquid. I made it in a jug and used a silver spoon to stir it up, I'd moved it all away when I'd done but left the spoon and without realising my 18 month old just got hold of it and put it in his mouth. It still had some residue from the solution, but it had been left on the side for hours so it hadn't recently been sat soaking in the solution. Me and DH are now panicking, do we need to do anything or will it have not been enough to cause any problems?

He’ll be fine. When DD had a bleed after her tonsillectomy they actually gave her a syringe full of hydrogen peroxide to gargle with in A&E
