DD, 15mo, woke up with this on her back today.
We've not changed detergent or anything recently. She's had some eczema on her neck for a while I've been using different creams on, but wasn't a new one yesterday/today.
She's been sore around her mouth for a couple weeks, too. Which I thought was just the cold weather / dribble from sucking her thumb
