Identify this rash?

DD, 15mo, woke up with this on her back today.

We've not changed detergent or anything recently. She's had some eczema on her neck for a while I've been using different creams on, but wasn't a new one yesterday/today.

She's been sore around her mouth for a couple weeks, too. Which I thought was just the cold weather / dribble from sucking her thumb

Does it feel like sandpaper? Could be a Scarlet Fever rash. I would get it looked at.

Mmm it is raised and bumpy..

Had to be on a weekend when 111 is the only option...

Did she get seen?
