Hello, my girl has had this rash for 2 days and have no idea what it could be. Didn’t know if anybody could shed any light. Thanks

Hi OP. Does it disappear when pressed under a glass? If not, I would seek immediate medical help (111 / A&E). How is she in herself - well / poorly?

She is absolutely fine in herself! It disappears under a glass. So I'm at a loss really. I did try for doctors appointment yesterday but they didn’t seem too interested and said keep an eye!

Hmm... is it itchy at all? Could be hives due to an allergic reaction? Has she had an antihistamine? It's good that it disappears when pressed - any rash that does not blanche (and without a specific cause) should always be looked at by a medic.

No she’s not been itching at all. My son gets hives and doesn’t seem very similar to when he has had it. I’ve not given her anything yet but that could be a good idea. Thanks. I was worrying about scabbies as she does go to nursery and I’ve heard of other kids in my area with it, I’m not that knowledgeable on it so I was just seeing what others thought. Thanks for your help!
