1yo waking up covered in snot

DD has been pretty much consistently snotty since starting nursery a few months ago. As expected.

But the last week it's gotten extreme, particularly at night. She sleeps on her front, so basically is rolling around in her own snot all night and wakes up caked it in. Particularly her eyes/eyelids.

Is there anything I can do to help?
If I try saline spray she absolutely screams the house down. Can't get near her nose with the nose sucker. I've elevated one end of her bed, but she rolls around so much she ends up sleeping the other end anyways.

Humidifier maybe could help?
Calpol
Baby Vicks
Wash the bedding every day

I've got the calpol plug in, but doesn't seem to make a difference.

Maybe a humidifier.

We do bath and degunk her in there - the steam helps.
Then just pin her down and suck it out or saline wash before bed.
Olbas in a humidifier.
Bed at an angle with small rectangular ornamental pillows under the sheet to create a pair of "rails" to keep her head the right way up

She still wakes with it encrusted on cheeks and eyebrows like green PVA glue 🤢

Oh I'm glad it's not just us @GreatGateauxsby ... She looks so uncomfortable when she wakes up I feel horrible, but nothing seems to really help!

Does your pillow/sheet thing actually keep her the right way? DD rolls around so much I don't think it would stop her (or would just annoy her awake)
