Child dla change circumstances

Hi all thought I’d start a thread for those awaiting a decision for child dla coc

Sorry to jump on- my son was awarded middle rate care in January- I rang up DLA to query and he advised that I’ve got full day but nothing for the night. My son has constant supervision and is up until 3am so they have sent me a New claim form and he advised me just to fill out the night section and mobility as it’s a COC. Is this right as when I’m looking online it’s says to fill out the form in form for COC - but the man on the phone said just the relevant sections?

Have you not got the form yet? There is a box to tick if no circumstances have changed for each section you just tick that rather than filling that section in.
