Is this hand foot and mouth?

Morning everyone, looking for some advice. I've noticed these spots on DS 12 months old. He's absolutely fine in himself, has had no fever, just a slightly runny nose. Still obsessed with his food.

These spots are on his feet, and he has 2 on his arm. They are nowhere else. Does this look like it?

I'm not panicking by any stretch, he's my second. I've only just gone back to work from maternity leave so could do without time off 😕 does he have to stay off nursery?

How is he doing OP?

Looks like it

Possibly chicken pox? I remember the first couple I found looked like that.

Well I have no idea what they were but they disappeared 🤷🏻‍♀️

We've had the carpets cleaned and he'd been crawling around when they were still a little damp so I wonder if maybe the solution had irritated him.
