Toddler hearing test help

DH took our 2 year old for his hearing test, he's under ENT due to double perforated ear drums and reoccurring ear infections

They said his results were 30 40 30

I have no idea what this means? They're sending a letter to our GP so I'll find out more then, but was hoping someone could interpret these results

We go back on 14th feb for a further appt

These are the decibels (dB) but without the frequency they don't say much.

An audiologist is better placed to discuss the results with you than a GP, but ti give you a basic understanding here are the dBs of several sounds from breathing to gunshot.
