scarlet fever come back?

hi all,

my daughter had scarlet fever 7 weeks ago. had anti biotic and cleared quickly.
yesterday she complained of a sore throat and today has now the exact same symptoms of scarlet fever again. Temperature, sore throat, rash and strawberry tongue with white coating at the back.

I can't find anything on google about it coming back so quickly. I have done an online patches consultation just now for a doctor to come back to me sometime tomorrow
anyone have any experience of this?

My son had it 4 times. And the last 2 times in a row. As soon as he finished the antibiotics round, he got the rash and the painful throat back. He was referred to the specialist in hospital and they couldn't find the reason as he had no tonsils (they were removed when he was 3). After 2 rounds of penicillin based antibiotics they tried with a wide spectrum antibiotic they usually don't prescribe as it's supposed to remove other types of bacteria but it worked with him.

Would I need another appointment for her for more antibiotics?
