My 8 year old had 2 spots on his face last night and one small one at side of his nose, my first thought was chicken pox but woke up this morning and no new spots have appeared, the ones pictured are still there and lookin red and angry. He has had a cold and a bad cough since Xmas Eve and the 3 spots came out of no where yday. Any help or advice on what it could be.. thank you in advance
