Three year old boy- has had a temp for a week. Very pale and slightly mottled skin, generally fine in himself but keeps getting confused where he wakes up, has a nasty cough and very whingey etc.
saw the gp three says ago, she said everything seems normal but to bring him back next week if the temp hasn't gone- which it hasn't.
She said no pus on throat, no rattly chest, no inflamed ears.
Tonight he's woken an hour after falling asleep, I've gone up and he's standing next to his toy box confirming in his bedroom. Says he needs wee but when I took him he couldn't go.
Has had diarrhoea for a couple of days too.
What do you think I should do now?
